a thin line between happy and sad

the darkness burns insideher trying to burst out
the fear sizzles inside my cold soul
the emotionds diminished now im just empty
i have a million thoughts that want to be heard bt the fear holds then captive
i try to smile to show tat i am ok but in the inside it feels likei'm crying tears of blood
this depression has taken control of me
my body feels uncomfortable
i put the cold sharp blade to my arm
when i see blood i feel relieved
the blood makes me happy, it gives me a reason to live
someone saw my scars
people look at me like i am crazy
they don't know that this is the real me
the real me needs to cut or i will die

no sunlight not even a peek of anything
she is trapped in this world and can't escape
all the worst has happened
her mother says it will get bertter but better hasn't come yet
its all his fault she always thinks
if he wouldn't have came into my life i would be a better person
i don't see what i have to live for
POW!!! and she's gone
no goodbyes no warnings just gone
family in hate thnking it's their fault
she sends signals that this is a better place for her

In my picture it looks like some has gone through a lot and very uncertain. The colors reflect how she is feeling the darker colors are for cold and lonely days while the lihter colors are for her more happy days. From my point of view this picture reminds me of the book speak. It shows that she is sad and lonely and you can see like tree leaves.

I really don't care about heros and i really don't have 1 but why are we learning about heros.......why can't we learn about the real issues in life. Teen pregnancy, murder, rape ect. these are the things that i would want to learn about and how to prevent this.

the Han dynasty (essay)

After the cruel death of the Qin dynasty china was ruled by the Han dynasty.  The Han dynasty ruled from 206b.c.e-9a.d.   When he ruled china was split into two major periods the western Han and the eastern Han.
The religion in accent china was pretty general.  Everyone would worship the ancestors from the beginning .  The emperor  would   worship ancestors and go to their burial.
The han dynasty had a great population growth.  Their was an unexpecting  growth  in trade and an amazing increase in urbanization.  The levels  of minting and circulation of coin currency grew  significantly . because if this growth it was the founder of monetary system.
Military expansion, political centralization, and cultural achievements made this the first of China's four greatest dynasties. The Han invented paper and lead-glazed ceramics, and greatly improved silk-weaving techniques. Their quest for alliances with foreign powers prompted them to establish an extensive trade route that extended to the Roman Empire and would become known as the Silk Road. An emphasis on funerary art is evident in tombs artfully decorated with figures and geometric shapes; these images provide clues to Han costumes, architecture, and aristocratic pastimes.
The quality of life was improved with many Han inventions. The Han Chinese had hempen-bound bamboo scrolls to write on, yet by the 2nd century CE had invented the papermaking process which created writing medium that was both cheap and easy to produce. The invention of the wheelbarrow aided in the hauling of heavy loads. The maritime junk ship and stern-mounted steering the Chinese to venture out of calmer waters of interior lakes and rivers and into the open sea.
The official policy of the new Han government was to renounce Legalism and all the administrative policies of the Qin, who were hated throughout the land. The laws were made less harsh and punishments less severe, and the regimentation of the population, particularly conscripted labor, was softened. They also renounced the centralizing tendencies of the Qin, and divided the Chinese empire into small, somewhat independent, feudal domains under individual lords.
Papermaking, gunpowder, printing and the compass are four ancient inventions by Chinese people that have had a huge impact on the entire world.  Ancient china was the inventor of paper.  Before they invented paper people would use bones and bamboo.
As many wise emperors took effective measures during their reign, the Han Dynasty was a period of peace and prosperity. It was a World power at that time with interests in literature, arts, culture and technology with the Han Dynasty achieving numerous unparalleled and praiseworthy successes. Some of the achievements at that time still influence the lives of the Chinese people today.
Now the han dynasty was a great ruler. He never  wanted any bad or things between each other.  The only thing he wanted as a ruler was a world of peace and kindness. Now that’s a little of the Han dynasty.

WARNING these are true facts.  four years ago an young african american man went to east saint louis to visit his family. that exact same day a two older women in a beauty shop had been murdered. this man was going back home then all of a sudden police had rambled towards his car. that day the young man had been arrested for murder. in the year of 2010 that man was released from prison. those policman had assumed that that african american man had murdered those women. by my opinion i think that they were in a city with all african american people and just picked a random man or they thought that a  balck person needs to be punished and that made them sleep better at night knowing that that man was in jail. that man had been accused. i know that all the people in that neighborhood had tears come to their eyes when they found out he was released. i think this was god sign telling him that he needs to be patient. pray every night and everything would be alright. for those policman they are getting whatever god has instore for them, because god does not like ugly and whatever happens its for the good and the bad.

final draft

How did i first learn how to write my name''? That is a common questionthat childern ask. to me it is pretty easy to answer. I learned words, picked up a book, and started readind it. Simple as that. Another common question is how did i first learn how to write. That was a hard one because I would always mix up my letters, and write them backwards.
First off when i was in pre-school my mom would buy these fun disney channel book ,such as monsters ink, cinderella, and snow white. She would read one to me every night. Every night i would get so excited because of reading time. Those were the best time until i had to learn letters and how to read them by myself. When i tried to say my letters i would say ''A B E D J Y X.'' It took me about three months to learn them but I finally got it. I was so proud of myself. I would walk around my house singing the ABC's. Years passed and i learned how to read. When i got to fourth grade my teacher gave me an award because I read the most pages in my class. I was so proud that i started reading more books. Now I am in seventh grade and have read 843 pages.
For my writing i was not so good at first. I would write little scribles and think it was a word. when I showed my parents they would tell me what it said when they had no idea. They said that so i wouldn't get sad or even started crying. When I would write letters I would always write b for d. I would write words like bon't or de. As years passed i started to love writing.
Now I have tould you about my reading and writing cycle. Doesn't that help you summarize yours?
